Body & Soul
Join us for Body & Soul Fitness Cardio Strength & Flexibility with Pilates Classes on Tuesday evenings, between 5:40-6:40 pm, at LaGrave CRC, in the Fellowship Room. Sessions usually meet for 6-8 weeks, but the classes remain open throughout the session. You are welcome to join us anytime! If you plan to come, please bring: a water bottle, floor mat, and hand-held weights. Elastic resistance bands will be available to use. Classes are led by Renata (Reni) Horvath (approved Body & Soul Fitness Instructor). The registration for the classes happens online as follows:
- Visit www.bodyandsoul.org
- Register yourself in the system (username and password need to be created).
- Go to “Find a Class” and type in a local zip code (49503), the area classes should pop up on a list.
