Body & Soul Fitness gives thanks to God for 35 years of ministry, serving women of various ages and fitness levels through exercise, music, prayer and fellowship. We invite you to experience the blessings of this ministry with us!
Join us for Body & Soul Fitness Cardio Strength & Flexibility with Pilates Classes on Tuesday evenings, between 6-7pm, at LaGrave CRC, in the Fellowship Room. Our fall session will meet for 8 weeks starting from October. The classes remain "open" throughout the session.
You are welcome to join us anytime! If you plan to come, please bring: a water bottle, floor mat and hand-held weights. Elastic resistance bands will be available to use.

The registration for the classes happens online: please go to www.bodyandsoul.org and register yourself in the system (user name and password need to be created). On the website, if you go to "Find a Class" and type in a local zip code (49503), the area classes should pop up on a list.
